She attended the University of New Hampshire, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology. While a student there, she earned her New Hampshire real estate license. Since 2013, Kayla has devoted herself to providing impeccable and highly personalized service to her extensive array of real estate clients.

 

Her entire life, except for a college term studying in Italy, has been spent in the Seacoast, providing her with firsthand knowledge of all aspects of the region and all it has to offer. She has developed a significant network of respected real estate professionals and a deep understanding of the ever-changing market trends.

Most real estate transactions involve many “moving parts.” It is Kayla’s attention to detail and her highly-developed organizational skills that make the closing process as easy and care-free as possible. She is especially proficient at expediting unexpected issues when they arise and has proven able to adapt creative solutions to actualize her client’s goals.

 

In a field with quickly changing advancements, technological and otherwise, Kayla stays on top of educational and professional development. She uses the latest technology to maximize client experience and positive results. Kayla, in 2016, expanded her practice when she obtained her Maine license. She also passed her Broker’s License Exam in 2017 and takes advantage of continuing education courses in order to maximize her value for clients.

 

She had the honor of being a keynote speaker at the 2017 New Hampshire Association of Realtors convention, presenting a program on the topic of “Going Paperless in Real Estate.” Her presentation was based on leveraging the resources available to industry professionals to save time, and trees, a cause close to her heart as a nature enthusiast.

 

 

Before starting Elysian Home Realty, LLC, Kayla was the Principal Broker at another local Real Estate Agency where she Supervised and supported the professional activity of sixteen licensees, reviewed all paperwork for compliance, trained new agents and created systems for methodical transaction management.

 

Kayla spends her leisure time with outdoor activities, baking, home renovation projects, and enjoying family and friends.
